FAQ – Store Policies

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because needlepoint products are specialty items, all sales are final. This helps us keep inventory fresh and ensures your canvas and threads arrive in perfect condition.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We want you to love what you receive! If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re not able to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your cart before checking out.

How do you ship orders?

We ship through USPS (and sometimes UPS) and provide tracking once your order is on the way. While we can’t be responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit, we’ll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! If you choose pickup at checkout, we’ll email you when your order is ready. Please pick up within 30 days so we can keep things organized.
